没问题，但地址要在美国。打客服问的，显示的也是W-8

“US residents”，是按 residence address 判断的；tax status 还是 W-8BEN，选 China 作为 tax residency country，能开IBKR Lite。。系统应该看的是 mailing address 来判断是否能开 lite
