年中换了工作，保险从high deductible plan换成了low。可是我年初就把contribution投满了。
现在要fax个form，withdraw excess contribution 和earning。
form里只让我自己填一个amount，到底是excess contribution amount还是 total amount including earning呢？

我打电话给客服，一问三不知，都不知道还要withdraw earning，还没有我了解得多
。今天让我在线上等他transfer call给别人，等了1个小时找不到人，只能作罢。 明天在试试电话。
我感觉应该是只是填excess contribution，Bank计算earning，然后这部分earning会有个1099税表的吧？？？
版上有没有了解或者有过类似操作的能帮我解答下？谢谢啦
Hsa 的钱很好用的，没必要改。去costco买东西，自主结账就可以用出去，
我不是全年符合保险要求，不能投满的情况下提前投满了，必须取出部分，包括由此产生的earning。
看了下表格：Refund of money that was deposited in excess of my maximum contribution limit.
既然是deposit应该只包含本金。
Earning你自己是计算不出来的，因为是取出时的fair market value计算，所以需要券商帮忙。
根据publication 969，取出的earning 是算2021的other income，在2021年缴税。
You withdraw any income earned on the withdrawn contributions and include the earnings in “Other in-
come” on your tax return for the year you withdraw the contributions and earnings.
