6月份申请Amex Gold被弹窗，12月份再申请没弹窗了，但是直接Decline。理由如下：
The revolving balance(s) on your American Express accounts is too high.
The amount of your payments in relation to the overall balance on your American Express account(s).
The total of balances on your credit card accounts is high in relation to your monthly payments on those accounts, based on a review of our records and your credit report.
欠债多的其实是4月份申请的Blue Business Plus，额度20000，欠债15300，由于是12个月免息期，所以每月只还minimum，即欠债的1/10，另外有一张BCP，额度5800，目前欠债2300，也是有免息免手续费分期的offer时上的车。其它的Amex卡债每次都全额还清。
另外Chase还有1万未还，总额度在11万。由于卡债太多，所以目前信用分762。
照理我这种只还Minimum的信用卡公司应该最欢迎啊，难道Amex收紧风险了？明天试试去打recon。求Bless。
