$250 的resort报销 term里有一句
Note that statement credit(s) received during the reward year may be reversed if the eligible purchase is returned/cancelled, or if you engage in abuse or misuse in connection with the benefit (for example, if you do not maintain an eligible Card Account for the duration of the reward year).
看上去如果用掉这个benefit然后downgrade/cancel有被clawback的风险？?
Doc 3月份有提到这个term change。。
是的，特别指出了这一点。一个礼拜前online chat要retention offer，客服也跟吃错药一样特别说了一遍这个，不仅是resort credit，还强调airline credit也算。不知道执行的严格不严格。最近降级都没用掉这个$250报销了。也没地方用 
好像是有这么一说，上次看到的说法好像是downgrade了之后resort预定被取消？
不过airline credit似乎还是可以double dip的
当然了，对于AE来说，clawback不是会不会的问题，而是现在还是以后…
如果持有一年以上则不会。
为什么呢？这个language给人的感觉是只要用了当年的resort credit，这个 member year 之内downgrade/cancel卡都有风险？
类似的从来没被执行过（包括购买GC得不到Reward等也都很少执行），这句话主要是对关卡说的。降级你的account number还在，都持有那么长时间了，无法确定abuse或者misuse。
AMEX有这个权限吗？ 太离谱了…
另外这个本质上是现金订房吧？得住完才会credit back to account？
希望如此…担心AMEX几年之后突然想起来然后疯狂claw back
其实如果有消费的应该不会被claw，我唯一被claw就是白金triple dip了airlilne，还退票关卡，后来就被claw了
和我一样，今年初的200也被弄回去了。蛮好别关卡，今年白金的福利完全值回年费。
求dp 第二年年费po完30天内用掉第二年的250 resort credit再降级/关卡会被claw back嘛
